On December 16, 2024, an Institutional Christmas and Semestral Thanksgiving Mass drew the Saint Joseph College Educative Family at the Maasin Cathedral – National Shrine of our Lady of the Assumption, celebrating the Christmas season and opening of the second semester of the academic year 2024-2025.
In an excerpt from the homily of the Very Rev. Msgr. Oscar A. Cadayona, Saint Joseph College President, encouraged the Josephinians to do the practical or the thing that the readings today are telling us to do, and that is from the first reading from the book of the prophet Isaiah.
“In the Gospel today, you know, Jesus Christ is talking about the testimony that He gives. And His testimony is not only by word, but the testimony is by His works He has done. So, He testifies, He gives the testimony by works, not only by word,” stated Msgr. Cadayona.
