FIESTA CANDELARIA | Today, we celebrate the Feast of the Presentation of the Lord, also known as “Candelaria”.

The Cathedral is also graced by the consecrated women in the Diocese of Maasin to commemorate the World Day for Consecrated and Religious Life.

Prior to the Mass, Bishop Precioso D. Cantillas, SDB, DD, led the Blessing of Candles at the Plaza Asuncion. He was joined by Rev. Msgr. Oscar Cadayona, VG, Rev. Fr. Geronimo Moso, JCL (Episcopal Vicar for the Religious) and Rev. Fr. Jan Clyde Avelino.
