As the final day of Saint Joseph Collegeโ€™s Family Day 3 unfolded, students, faculty, and staff laced up their running shoes for the much-anticipated Fun Runโ€”an annual tradition that never fails to energize the community.

Gathering as early as 4:30 AM at the Bishop Cantillas Gymnasium, participants kicked off the event with a lively Zumba session led by SJC KAST, setting the tone for an action-packed morning. The warm-up was followed by an opening prayer led by Ms. Jean Nemez, ensuring the event began with a moment of gratitude and reflection. Dr. Jhoanne L. Costillas, the School Vice President for Academics, then welcomed the crowd, emphasizing the significance of unity, wellness, and school spirit in every step taken.

With the routes announced, runners took their marks, ready to tackle distances ranging from 500 meters to 5 kilometers. The competition was fierce yet fueled by camaraderie, as each participant pushed their limits to cross the finish line. Cheers erupted as winners were declared across various categories, from elementary students to faculty members and non-teaching staff.
