Saint Joseph College joyfully celebrated the Feast of Saint Joseph, bringing together students in a lively and engaging program held at the SJ Garden. The event gathered college students from different clustersโ€”ABM, STEM, and HUMSSโ€”to honor their patron saint through performances, games, and friendly competitions.

The program officially began with the singing of the National Anthem and the SJC Hymn, followed by opening remarks from the School Vice President for Administration, Mrs. Riza Lynn O. Siega, MCS, MAEd. In her speech, she warmly welcomed the students and reminded them of the lasting Josephinian spirit, concluding with the institutionโ€™s well-known saying: โ€œOnce a Josephinian, Always a Josephinian.โ€

Hosting the event were FCSO President Domingo Jr. Paler and FCSO Vice-President Keirsten Ulbora, who kept the energy high throughout the celebration. The program was kicked off by a dynamic dance performance from The KAST, setting the festive tone for the day.

Since no feast is complete without fun activities, the event featured several exciting games where students from different clusters battled for supremacy. The โ€œPaint Me a Pictureโ€ challenge showcased creativity and teamwork, with the ABM cluster emerging victorious. This was followed by Trivia Questions about Saint Joseph, testing the studentsโ€™ knowledge of their patron saint. In the Action Relay, the ABM cluster once again took center stage with their enthusiastic participation.

Another highlight of the event was the Video Presentation Contest, where the ABM and HUMSS clusters went head-to-head, showcasing their skills with a theme centered on good manners inspired by Saint Joseph. Both clusters delivered impressive presentations that reflected the Josephinian values instilled in the students.

To close the celebration, a Solidarity Dance brought everyone together, led by the FCSO Officers, uniting the students in a final display of camaraderie and Josephinian pride.

The Feast of Saint Joseph at SJC was more than just a celebrationโ€”it was a reminder of the values and virtues that every Josephinian upholds. Through fun, competition, and meaningful activities, the event successfully strengthened the spirit of unity and faith within the SJC community.
