𝐀 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐓𝐨 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩

The Federation of College Students’ Organization officers and student leaders from different departments assembled for the election of the new Organization’s President at the SJC Audio-Visual Room on March 27, 2025.

The FSCO Adviser, Ms. Joenisa M. Hoyla, gave her address to the student leaders about the obligations and responsibilities each one must uphold; and to vote wisely with the right sense. After the remarks, the newly elected Governors of each department introduced themselves to the audience. Here are the following candidates:

• CTE Governor: Mr. Ralph Vincent Maraon

• BSA Governor: Mr. Fran Andrew Espedilla

• THM Governor: Ms. Kaez Jann Gaviola

• BSOA Governor: Mr. Reynold Salva

• VOCTRAC Governor: Ms. Rochel Torres

• CEA Governor: Mr. John Mark Dominguez

• CCS Governor: Ms. Samantha Kate Barola

• BSBA Governor: Mr. Knesset Cabalhin

• BSCRIM Governor: Mr. Argie Gopo

• CLA Governor: Mr. Crisante Resos

Each incoming Governor were given questions by the outgoing Governors and student leaders as a means to assess and evaluate their strengths, actions and leadership qualities. After the Q&A session, the student leaders casted their votes on which candidate is worthy of the position.

As the tallying commenced, the room was silent and filled with anticipation as the host announces each ballot. The tallying ended with the CTE Governor, Mr. Ralph Vincent Maraon as the elected FCSO President followed by the BSA Governor, Mr. Fran Andrew Espedilla for the position of FCSO Vice-President for the A.Y. 2025-2026.
