โข Completion of the High School Entrance Examination is mandatory for all incoming Grade 7 students and transferees.
โข Form 10 (School to School Request)
โข Form 138 (Report Card) โ Original and one (1) photocopy.
โข PSA Birth Certificate โ Original and one (1) photocopy.
โข Certificate of Good Moral Character โ Original and one (1) photocopy.
โข Three (3) copies of recent 2×2 ID photos.
โข Three (3) copies of recent 1×1 ID photos.

April โ May 2025: Every Saturday (8:30 AM โ 11:00 AM).
June โ July 2025:
โข Monday to Friday: 9:00 โ 10:30 AM | 2:00 โ 3:30 PM.
โข Saturdays: 9:00 โ 11:30 AM.
๐๐๐๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ฑ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง:
โข Settle the admission testing fee of โฑ100 at the Bursarโs Office.
โข Proceed to the testing room and present the official receipt to the examiner.
โข Arrive at the testing room at least 10 minutes before the scheduled examination.

Items to Bring: Official receipt of the testing fee and a pencil with an eraser.
